Made to order

Every IWINIH shirt is printed when you order it. That's how we offer so many designs and colors without a warehouse full of leftovers. Most orders go into production within a few business days, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. During busy seasons like Halloween and the holidays, please allow a little extra time.

Returns and exchanges

Because each shirt is printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item?

If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll help track it down.
