Flat Broke

This Comfort Colors® Flat Broke T-Shirt hides a clever typography trick behind the words INFLATION BROKE.

At first glance the shirt reads INFLATION BROKE, but matching colors on the letters spelling FLAT and BROKE reveal the phrase everyone's really feeling. The design has a worn, retro faded look like a thrift store find, built for a visual pun rather than an obvious punchline. It suits the person who checks their bank account and laughs instead of cries, or makes a solid gift for a friend tracking rising prices with a sense of humor. Wear it grocery shopping, filling the gas tank, or any day the economy has you feeling exactly like the shirt says.
